All product purchased online can be returned within 60 days after your purchase.

To get a refund, you must first send ALL the tea bags (even used or empty) back to us, to the following address: CARDIO SLIM TEA, 19655 E 35th Drive. Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, (866) 393-3483. – we do not refund you for the bags not received!

To get a refund, you must:

• contact our support desk at [email protected] along with your full name, email address, and order number. You also need to share your experience with the tea and tell us exactly what you are returning. For example if you ordered the 3 months supply package, and one bag is opened, you should say that 2 units are as new and un-opened, while the other one is opened. Make sure that your order number will be written on a paper and placed inside your return package. 
• Wait for the support desk to confirm your request.
• Send us your return tracking number as a photo, and also write the full tracking number in the support ticket so we can verify it. Once your return package arrives in our warehouse, we’ll issue your refund.

Do not worry, because it’s ok if you sent back your products to us even on the 59th day of your 60-day money back guarantee period and we receive them several days later.

You will still get a refund if you shipped in due time.

IMPORTANT: Our products have a ONE TIME GUARANTEE, meaning that if you’ve tried the Cardio Slim tea and, for any reason, you’ve decided to return the tea back to us and you received a refund, if you ordered more tea again in the future, you are NOT eligible for a refund for the second purchase…. In other words, we do not offer SECOND REFUNDS!
